Collaboration. Authenticity. Connection. Balance.
At Cohere, we believe community is the most valuable amenity. We do more than manage communities—we help create places where people connect, belong, and thrive. By partnering with some of the nation's most innovative master-planned communities, we create places residents are proud to call home and where meaningful relationships flourish.
We’re looking for a Community Engagement Coordinator to join our team at Jasper, a picturesque mountainside community in Prescott Valley with modern architecture, thoughtfully designed neighborhoods, and a strong focus on healthy, connected living. At the center of the community is J Club, a private membership club offering resort-style amenities, social activities, and dining experiences.
In this role, you’ll help bring the Jasper experience to life by supporting resident programs and events, keeping communications and calendars organized, and providing thoughtful, welcoming service to residents and guests. You’ll also help navigate resident questions and concerns, including situations that require professionalism, composure, and clear communication.
If you’re organized, personable, comfortable juggling different priorities, and enjoy being part of the day-to-day energy of a community, we’d love to meet you.
