Description

Creative & Brand Execution
- Develop graphic design solutions across print, web, social, email, and events
- Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all channels
- Combine messaging and design to produce compelling campaign assets
- Maintain brand guidelines and creative standards
- Manage printer relationships and external creative vendors
- Work directly with Sales to execute promotional materials and proofs
Digital Content & Website Management
- Manage and update website content (WordPress, Magento or similar platforms)
- Apply SEO best practices and optimize content for performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product and service pages remain accurate
- Manage and schedule social media content
Email Marketing & Automation Support
- Assist the Senior Marketing Manager with building and deploying email campaigns and automated journeys (HubSpot preferred)
- Support segmentation, testing, and optimization efforts
- Execute A/B testing initiatives and report on performance metrics
- Help maintain email templates and brand consistency
Photography & Video Production
- Capture high-quality digital photography and video content
- Host and curate company photoshoots
- Produce and edit video using Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
- Maintain updated seasonal and promotional visual assets
- Operate cameras, lighting, and other production equipment
Event Support (Backup Role)
- Provide support for trade shows, customer events, and internal events
- Assist with pre-event marketing materials, signage, and collateral
- Support logistics coordination as needed
- Serve as secondary coverage when the Event Coordinator is unavailable
Performance & Optimization
- Apply data and performance insights to inform content improvements
- Monitor social, email, and website analytics
- Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver on deadlines
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in social media management, content development, creative marketing, or digital marketing
- Proven experience managing brand social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement
- Strong graphic design portfolio across digital and print platforms
- Professional experience in photography and videography
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and content optimization
- Experience with content scheduling and social media management tools
- Extremely organized, with the proven ability to track and prioritize a high volume of projects and requests from different people at the same time
- Self-starter who works independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong cross-functional communication skills across Sales, Service, Parts, HR, and leadership
- Willingness to travel and work from multiple company locations
- Reliable transportation required

Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in content development, creative marketing, or digital marketing (ecommerce preferred)
- Strong graphic design portfolio across digital and print platforms
- Professional experience in photography and videography
- Experience with HubSpot or similar email marketing platforms
- Experience with WordPress, Magento, or similar CMS platforms
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (for catalog creation) is a MUST
- Experience with Canva or similar tools (a plus)
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and content optimization
- Experience with content scheduling and social media management tools
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
