Job Description

We are seeking a Seasonal Takedown Associate to monitor, identify, and pursue the removal of unauthorized uses of product photos, trademarks, and other intellectual property across online platforms. This temporary remote position is ideal for candidates with experience in eCommerce, intellectual property protection, online enforcement, or brand protection.

Responsibilities

• Monitor eCommerce websites, social media platforms, and other online channels for unauthorized use of product images, trademarks, and brand assets.
• Document intellectual property infringements by collecting screenshots, URLs, and other supporting evidence.
• Submit takedown requests in accordance with platform policies and procedures, including DMCA-related processes when applicable.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex infringement cases and repeat violations.
• Maintain accurate records of cases, actions taken, outcomes, and timelines.
• Provide regular reports and status updates on enforcement activities.
• Support broader brand protection initiatives, including identifying unauthorized sellers and potential counterfeit products.

• Previous experience in eCommerce, intellectual property protection, online enforcement, or a related field.
• Familiarity with DMCA procedures and intellectual property laws.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs.
• Knowledge of advanced Google search techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with major eCommerce and social media platforms, such as Amazon, eBay, Instagram, and related platform policies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience investigating online infringement or counterfeit activity.
• Understanding of brand protection best practices.
• Ability to analyze and organize large amounts of information efficiently.
