Freight Sales Agent

What We're Looking For

We are looking for experienced freight professionals who have already built relationships and understand what it takes to develop and maintain a transportation book of business.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience as a freight agent, freight broker, transportation sales professional, or similar role
• An established and transferable book of business
• Experience selling Truckload, LTL, or other transportation services
• Strong customer and shipper relationships
• Understanding of freight pricing, margins, and customer expectations
• Experience developing new business and prospecting
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage a pipeline and customer relationships independently
• Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build a business
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• A track record of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships

An established book of business and meaningful freight industry experience are strongly preferred.
