JOB DESCRIPTION

Vision Quest Solutions is recruiting a Program Manager to support NASA protective services at Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida.

The Program Manager will serve as the on-site leader for the NASA South Region protective-services contract. This position oversees Site Managers across multiple NASA locations, manages contract performance, supervises the management structure, and serves as the primary contractor representative to NASA.

The Program Manager must be physically located at KSC, work on site each business day unless otherwise approved, and be available to NASA 24/7 with a 60-minute response requirement. These responsibilities come directly from the PWS. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma
• 10+ years of experience supervising armed personnel
• Interim Top Secret clearance progressing to Top Secret
• NASA Emergency Response Official (ERO)
• Required ICS/IS training
• NASA SATERN training
• NASA or comparable federal or military protective-services experience preferred
• Ability to work on site at Kennedy Space Center
• Ability to meet 24/7 availability requirements
