We are currently hiring for a Bankruptcy Legal Assistant/Paralegal!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with the research and preparation of legal pleadings for Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases.
- Monitor cases through court dockets, ensuring all court deadlines are met.
- Keep case management system and client communication systems updated with current status of cases.
- Communicate with outside parties during entire bankruptcy process.
- Develop and maintain congenial relationships with business associates and clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients at every level of interaction.
- Provide support to attorneys in a high volume, time sensitive atmosphere.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Paralegal Certification preferred but not required.
- Prior experience in an office setting preferred. Prior legal support or bankruptcy experience a plus but not required.
- Ability to navigate and multi-task through multiple systems.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- High-level proficiency in MS Office suite.
