Description
Your Strengths
- You are a consultative seller. You don't begin with a pitch—you begin by understanding the customer, their challenges, their stakeholders, and what a successful outcome actually looks like.
- You navigate complexity with confidence. Multiple decision-makers, lengthy buying processes, competing priorities, and difficult negotiations don't intimidate you.
- You think strategically about every opportunity. You know when to push, when to listen, when to bring in additional expertise, and how to build consensus throughout a complex sales cycle.
- You create trust quickly and protect it carefully. Customers see you as a credible advisor, not simply someone trying to close a deal.
- You own your number and everything that contributes to it. Pipeline development, forecasting, deal progression, CRM discipline, and closing aren't separate responsibilities—they're all part of running your business well.
- You raise the level of the team around you. You share what works, collaborate generously, and bring experience and perspective to conversations with teammates.
