The Lead Shipping specialist is a dedicated and reliable shipping manager that will monitor and report on our company’s Shipping levels and maintain production cycle counts. You will be responsible for developing Shipping tracking systems, reviewing levels of supplies, ordering new materials, and performing a daily analysis. A successful Shipping manager is a trustworthy professional with outstanding record-keeping and analytical abilities. Will demonstrate excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to interpret and analyze large amounts of data.

· 4-year bachelor's degree is preferred but not required in lieu of relevant experience.

· 4-yrs. of manufacturing warehousing Shipping control experience 

· Proactively communicate with stakeholders and make prompt decisions

· Detail-oriented and excellent interpersonal skills

· Bilingual (English and Spanish) 

· Proficient in MS Office, including excel, and ability to analyze data to support decisions.

· ERP experience REQUIRED 

· Willing to work extended hours or weekends when required.

· Prior experience in supervisory/leadership roles (min. 2 consecutive years)

· Proven past performance via references
