Arrowfly is seeking an experienced HealthLeaders Exchange Brand Manager to lead the strategy, growth, and performance of the HealthLeaders Exchange platform. HealthLeaders Exchanges bring together carefully selected healthcare executives for intimate, peer-to-peer conversations around the industry's most important leadership challenges. Those relationships continue throughout the year through The Exchange Network (TEN), our private digital community for senior healthcare leaders.
The Exchange Brand Manager will own this combined experience, connecting in-person Exchanges with year-round community engagement, executive programming, peer networking, research, intelligence tools, advisory boards, and sponsor relationships. This is a cross-functional leadership role focused on growing the community, improving engagement, aligning teams, and creating an exceptional member and sponsor experience year-round.
What You'll Own
Exchange & Community Strategy
- Own the overall strategy and operating model for the HealthLeaders Exchange platform.
- Create a seamless experience between live Exchanges and The Exchange Network.
- Shape Exchange formats, executive themes, programming, and member experiences.
- Develop a year-round engagement strategy for TEN.
- Establish consistent planning and execution processes across the portfolio.
- Identify opportunities to improve and expand the Exchange community.
Executive Community Growth
- Build and retain a highly engaged community of healthcare C-suite and senior executives.
- Partner with recruitment, audience, editorial, and marketing teams to grow qualified membership.
- Define priority executives, organizations, and market segments.
- Monitor recruitment performance and identify gaps.
- Increase repeat Exchange attendance and member retention.
- Convert Exchange attendees into active TEN participants.
- Build engagement between events through discussions, peer connections, research, virtual programs, and other community experiences.
Year-Round Community Engagement
- Own the strategy for keeping The Exchange Network active, useful, and differentiated throughout the year.
- Develop a regular cadence of executive discussions, questions, insights, and community activity.
- Bring timely healthcare leadership topics into the network.
- Continue conversations that begin at live Exchanges.
- Encourage member-to-member interaction and peer problem solving.
- Work with editorial to connect community discussions to HealthLeaders content and research.
- Promote use of TEN resources including peer matching, discussion forums, healthcare intelligence, community calls, and curated content.
- Identify highly engaged members and potential community leaders.
- Track participation, engagement, and retention.
Executive Programming
- Partner with HealthLeaders editorial leadership and Exchange members to develop highly relevant programming.
- Translate member feedback, advisory board input, research, and market trends into agenda recommendations.
- Help lead the Exchange advisory board process.
- Use member discussions and surveys to identify emerging leadership priorities.
- Develop roundtables and other peer-driven formats.
- Bring important TEN conversations into live Exchanges and continue Exchange discussions online afterward.
- Member Experience
- Own the overall member journey across both the in-person and digital community.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Serve as the central coordination point across editorial, events, recruitment, audience development, marketing, sales, operations, and leadership.
- Establish responsibilities, timelines, and handoffs.
- Lead cross-functional Exchange planning.
- Identify risks and execution gaps.
- Ensure teams remain aligned around shared goals.
- Create repeatable pre-event, post-event, and year-round community processes.
- Use performance data to recommend improvements.
- Ensure the broader Exchange operating model works and that teams are coordinated around a common plan.
Sponsor Experience
- Partner with sales to create strong sponsor value while protecting the credibility of the member experience.
- Improve sponsor onboarding and preparation.
- Align sponsors with the appropriate executive audience.
- Support high-quality sponsor/member interactions.
- Identify appropriate opportunities for sponsors within the broader Exchange ecosystem.
- Gather feedback and improve sponsor satisfaction.
- Support sponsor renewal and repeat participation.

WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of experience in executive communities, events, B2B media, product management, audience development, or a related field.
- Experience managing communities that combine in-person and digital engagement.
- Strong project and program management skills.
- Experience working with senior executives.
- Ability to lead across multiple teams without direct authority.
- Strong understanding of member engagement, retention, and community building.
- Comfort using data and KPIs to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
