As we continue to expand our service offerings, we are seeking an experienced Massage Therapist to provide therapeutic massage services within our wellness environment.

Position Summary

Level Wellness is seeking a skilled and client-focused Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. This opportunity is ideal for a massage therapist who values flexibility, professionalism, and providing an exceptional client experience while building their practice within an established wellness setting.

What You’ll Do

• Provide professional therapeutic massage services tailored to individual client needs and wellness goals. 
• Conduct appropriate client consultations and assess areas of concern prior to treatment. 
• Maintain a welcoming, professional, and comfortable treatment environment. 
• Educate clients on massage techniques, wellness practices, and appropriate follow-up care. 
• Maintain accurate client documentation and treatment records as required. 
• Follow applicable sanitation, safety, privacy, and professional practice standards. 
• Build strong client relationships that encourage retention and continuity of care. 
• Collaborate with the Level Wellness team to support an integrated and high-quality client experience. 

Qualifications & Requirements

• Current Tennessee Massage Therapist License in good standing. 
• Completion of an accredited massage therapy program. 
• Knowledge of therapeutic massage techniques and appropriate contraindications. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Professional, dependable, and client-focused approach. 
• Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries and client confidentiality. 
• Previous experience in a wellness, medical, spa, or similar setting preferred.
