  •  Track social media performance, compile relevant marketing and engagement metrics, identify industry trends, and prepare recurring reports for departmental review.
  • Review testimonial cards submitted at donor centers, follow up with internal teams to identify promising leads, obtain required information and permissions, and develop qualified lifesaving and donor stories for approved communications.
  • Serve as backup for HemaConnect campaign creation and reporting by entering and updating campaign information, generating standard reports, verifying accuracy, and escalating system or data issues as needed.
  • Edit and maintain assigned company web pages in WordPress, including updating copy, images, links, event details, and other approved content; review changes for accuracy before publication.
  • Coordinate with the IT consultant to create or update web pages for special donor blood drives by providing approved copy, images, dates, links, and specifications; review drafts and communicate revisions before launch.

  • Maintain accurate weekly blood drive calendars and create or update approved promotional materials in Canva; verify dates, times, locations, links, and branding before distribution.
  • Assist with volunteer activities by preparing materials, communicating assignments and schedules, supporting check-in and on-site coordination, answering routine questions, and completing post-event follow-up as assigned.
  • Assist with media relations and public relations activities by maintaining contact and distribution lists, drafting routine materials, coordinating interview logistics, monitoring coverage, gathering requested information, and routing media inquiries to authorized spokespersons.
  • Represent the organization as the company mascot or serve as the mascot handler at designated events, including assisting with costume preparation, appearance schedules, safe movement, breaks, and attendee interactions.
  • Perform other related marketing and communications duties as assigned, consistent with the position’s purpose and level of responsibility.
