Educational Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s Degree in ABA or related field (education, psychology, human development, etc.)
- Board certification in behavior analysis (BCBA)
- Demonstrated ability to conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, and analyze data-driven outcomes
- Positive team player and energetic professional
- Strong organizational and time-management skills along with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good judgment and creative thinking skills
- Experience supervising and coaching behavior technicians or RBTs in the delivery of ABA services.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in electronic health records or practice management systems and basic computer applications.
- Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory care and continuous professional development; experience with autism services or pediatric populations is preferred.
