Position Summary:
As an Office Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth daily workflows across multiple departments. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are critical to the success of our business. The ideal candidate is someone with a high level of organization, excellent communication skills, and a passion for maintaining efficient operations. This full-time role is from Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily office functions, including answering phone calls, emails, and correspondence
• Process bank deposits and coordinate with the Accounts Receivable department to ensure smooth financial operations
• Responsible for electronic billing for All American Bingo and the Electronics for the casinos under Midwest Bingo Supplies
• Provide administrative support to the Sales and Warehouse departments
• Collaborate across teams to improve office processes and identify areas for increased efficiency
• Handle additional tasks and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Office Administration (preferred)
• Associate’s degree or coursework in business administration or related field is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
