Position Summary

MDVIP is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Enablement Manager to support the development and performance of our Physician Development sales organization.

Reporting to the Director, Sales Enablement, this role will be responsible for designing, building, and delivering a comprehensive sales training program that supports both new-hire onboarding and ongoing professional development for Physician Development Directors and Executive Directors. This position will play a critical role in accelerating seller productivity, reinforcing best practices, and driving consistent execution across a highly consultative sales organization.

The Physician Development team engages physicians in complex sales cycles involving significant business, financial, and career decisions. As a result, the Sales Enablement Manager must be skilled in coaching consultative sales behaviors, reinforcing Challenger-based selling principles, and translating the practices of top-performing sales professionals into scalable learning experiences.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a builder who enjoys creating structure, developing programs from the ground up, and partnering closely with sales leadership to improve commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver onboarding programs for new Physician Development Directors and Executive Directors, accelerating ramp time and field readiness.
  • Develop and facilitate virtual, classroom, and field-based training focused on physician recruitment, consultative selling, Challenger methodology, territory management, and the MDVIP business model.
  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps and implement targeted development plans that improve sales performance.
  • Conduct field coaching, ride-alongs, role plays, deal discussions, and performance observations to reinforce sales effectiveness and best practices.
  • Coach sales professionals on prospecting, discovery, business acumen, executive-level communication, objection handling, presentation skills, and closing strategies.
  • Capture and translate the practices of top performers into repeatable sales playbooks, learning resources, certification programs, and coaching tools.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, learning paths, and enablement content leveraging modern learning technologies and AI tools where appropriate.
  • Reinforce Salesforce best practices related to pipeline management, forecasting discipline, CRM adoption, and data quality.
  • Support the administration and optimization of sales enablement platforms, including Showpad, to improve content accessibility, utilization, and effectiveness.
  • Partner with Sales Operations, Marketing, Product, Compliance, and other business leaders to ensure training content remains current, relevant, and aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Assess onboarding effectiveness and recommend improvements that accelerate time-to-productivity and increase field readiness.
  • Track training adoption, certification progress, ramp metrics, Salesforce utilization, and other performance indicators to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify field trends, coaching opportunities, and development needs that improve overall sales execution.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, coaching, accountability, and professional development.
  • Travel regularly to support field coaching, sales meetings, and training initiatives.
