DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our seasonal team as Holiday Decor Crew Members. In this hands-on role, you’ll assist in prepping, installing, and removing holiday décor for residential and commercial clients. You’ll work alongside Event Designers and Team Leads to bring high-quality installations to life during our busiest season of the year.

This is a temporary FT position and will work from approximately October 19, 2026 until mid January 2027.

This is a physical, fast-paced position ideal for someone who enjoys working on a team, has a great eye for detail, and takes pride in creating stunning visual experiences. You’ll help ensure each project runs smoothly, safely, and meets the company’s high design standards.

• Assist with prepping, loading, and unloading holiday décor and supplies
• Support the team in setting up and striking seasonal displays at client locations
• Follow design plans and direction from the Team Lead and Event Designer
• Ensure décor is handled with care and installed securely and safely
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, supplies, and inventory
• Work closely with the Team Lead and fellow crew members to stay on schedule
• Listen to direction, ask questions when needed, and take initiative
• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude on-site with clients and teammates
• Communicate any issues or concerns to the Team Lead promptly

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ year experience in event production, installation, visual merchandising, retail displays, or similar hands-on work preferred
• Must be comfortable climbing ladders up 15 feet high
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions
• Physically able to lift 40–60 lbs, climb ladders, bend, stoop, and stand for long periods
• Comfortable working outdoors and in cold conditions when needed
• Willing and able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and long shifts during peak season
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to supporting your team
• Valid driver’s license a plus, but not required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus for team communication
• Tobacco-free workplace; adherence to company policy required during working hours
• Must pass background check
