Heartline Staffing is recruiting a part-time Dental Hygienist for Bela Family Dentistry in White Knoll, South Carolina. This outpatient clinical role focuses on preventive dental care, patient education, accurate documentation, and collaboration with an experienced dental team.

The position offers a consistent weekday schedule, a patient volume of approximately 6–8 patients per day, and a production-based compensation structure in addition to hourly pay.

COMPENSATION
• $40.00–$44.00 per hour based on experience
• Production bonus: 30% of production when averaging $250 per patient
• Many hygienists earn the equivalent of $50+ per hour when production is factored in

SCHEDULE
• Part-Time
• 1–2 days per week
• Monday–Wednesday office hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Thursday office hours: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
• No weekends
• Approximately 6–8 patients per day

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Provide preventive dental care in an outpatient dental practice.
• Provide patient education regarding oral health and preventive care.
• Document patient care accurately.
• Collaborate with dentists and members of the clinical team.
• Maintain quality-focused patient care within established practice workflows.

Requirements
• Active South Carolina Dental Hygienist license REQUIRED
• Ability to provide preventive dental care and patient education REQUIRED
• Ability to accurately document patient care REQUIRED
• Ability to collaborate effectively with dentists and other members of the clinical team REQUIRED
• Availability to work 1–2 weekdays per week within the practice schedule REQUIRED
