Heartline Staffing is recruiting High Volume Recruiters for multiple remote contract opportunities supporting a large seasonal hiring initiative. This role is specifically designed for recruiters who have worked in true high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environments where significant hiring ramps or seasonal workforce initiatives were the primary focus.

The High Volume Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and initial candidate screening through interview coordination, offers and pre-employment communication. This position will partner closely with internal hiring teams and Talent Acquisition leadership to execute recruiting processes consistently while supporting aggressive hiring goals.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume and seasonal hiring needs
• Partner with internal clients to understand staffing requirements and hiring priorities
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent
• Source candidates through multiple recruiting channels and tools
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members
• Prepare interview materials and support interview debriefs
• Extend offers of employment and support compensation and benefits discussions
• Serve as a liaison between candidates and management throughout the selection process
• Communicate with new hires prior to their start date
• Support new employee orientation on the first day
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate recruiting information
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Director of Talent Acquisition to ensure recruiting processes are followed consistently

HIGH-VOLUME RECRUITING
• This role requires experience supporting true high-volume recruiting initiatives, including significant ramp plans or seasonal hiring programs
• Candidates should have experience working in fast-paced environments responsible for delivering substantial hiring volume within defined timeframes
• Industry background is not restricted; the primary focus is demonstrated experience executing large-scale hiring initiatives

COMPENSATION
• $30 per hour

Requirements
• Demonstrated high-volume recruiting experience supporting significant hiring ramps or seasonal hiring initiatives REQUIRED
• Bachelor’s degree REQUIRED
• Human resources, recruiting or related professional experience REQUIRED
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) REQUIRED
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills REQUIRED
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint REQUIRED
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail REQUIRED
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills REQUIRED
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously REQUIRED
• Self-starter / go-getter approach REQUIRED

• Master’s degree Preferred
• Knowledge of HRIS systems Preferred
