We're growing, and we're looking for the right person to grow with us. HVH Mechanical Partners is looking for a dependable, hardworking Driver who takes pride in showing up, working safely, and helping the team get the job done. This isn't a position where you'll spend your entire day doing the same thing. Driving and deliveries are your primary focus, keeping our crews supplied with the materials, tools, and equipment they need. When you're not on the road, you'll work alongside our Fabrication Team, learn basic shop skills, and get hands-on experience in a growing mechanical company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

Keep Our Teams Moving
Safely deliver materials, tools, equipment, and parts to job sites, vendors, supply houses, and company locations.

Handle Materials the Right Way
Load, unload, verify, and properly secure materials so they arrive safely and accurately. 

Learn & Help in the Fab Shop
When you're not making deliveries, you'll assist our Welders and Fabricators with basic shop tasks such as cutting pipe and steel, grooving and beveling pipe, and material handling. 

Build Your Skills
You'll need to be able to read and accurately use a tape measure, and we'll expect you to be willing to learn additional basic shop tasks. 

Take Pride in Your Equipment
Keep your assigned truck, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and ready to go.

Be Someone the Team Can Count On
Communicate with the team, follow directions, work independently when needed, and be willing to jump in and help. 

 WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Valid driver's license
• Acceptable driving record and ability to meet company vehicle insurance requirements
• Ability to safely lift and/or move materials weighing 50 to 100 pounds, using appropriate assistance or material-handling equipment for heavier items
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn basic fabrication shop tasks
• Flexibility to work varying schedules when needed
• Willingness to help wherever the team needs you
• Previous delivery, construction, HVAC, mechanical, warehouse, or logistics experience is a plus
• Forklift experience required, certification is a plus
