Job Overview
Image One Facility Solutions of Little Rock is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Janitor to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety for our Facility. In this role, you will perform a variety of cleaning tasks and routine environmental maintenance. You will ensure our clients step into a pristine, professional workspace every single day.
Key Responsibilities
- Surface Maintenance: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors using appropriate commercial cleaning equipment and solutions.
- Sanitization: Clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms, breakrooms, and high-touch areas (such as doorknobs, light switches, and countertops).
- Waste Management: Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and transport waste and recyclables to designated disposal areas.
- Dusting & Detailing: Dust furniture, vents, light fixtures, and window sills; clean interior glass, mirrors, and entryway windows.
- Supply Inventory: Monitor cleaning supply levels and notify supervisors when restocks are needed to avoid operational delays.
- Security & Safety: Ensure all assigned buildings are locked and secured after shifts, and report any property damage, safety hazards, or maintenance leaks immediately.

Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 40 lbs for the duration of a shift.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dependable transportation.
- Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for cleanliness and the ability to work efficiently with minimal direct supervision.
