As a Manufacturing Administrator, you are responsible for supporting production operations through administrative, coordination, and compliance tasks to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Scheduling dispatch workloads, coordinating production activities, and ensuring that orders and inventory are accurately managed
- Processing operational data, maintaining records, updating product plans, and ensuring all mass transfers and approvals are accurately completed
- Acting as a liaison between production teams, suppliers, and management to ensure timely delivery and quality service
- Assisting with health, safety, and environmental regulations, maintaining Tier Boards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives like 6S within production areas
- Managing general office tasks, ordering consumables, and supporting project or product development administration
Requirements
Required Education and Experience:
- Able to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance
- Work effectively with production teams, suppliers, and management to solve problems and improve processes
- Familiar with office software (MS Office), production systems, and sometimes specialized manufacturing software
- Capable of providing excellent service to internal and external stakeholders
