  Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs.
• Schedule service appointments and manage repair orders.
• Communicate repair recommendations, estimates, and completion updates.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs.
• Follow up with customers throughout the repair process.
• Explain completed repairs and maintenance recommendations at vehicle pickup.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
• Assist with loaner vehicles, shuttle arrangements, and customer accommodations when needed.
