Take Ten Tire & Service is expanding in Shawnee, OK, and we are looking for an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support two locations.


Tire-industry experience is not required. We are looking for someone with above-average organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn new computer systems quickly. The ideal candidate enjoys keeping information organized, gathering and maintaining documentation, and ensuring the details of daily store operations are accurate and up to date.

What You'll Do

  • Accurately enter and maintain data in computer systems while tracking information needed for billing and credits.
  • Assist with open invoices, daily and month-end closing processes, and reporting as assigned.
  • Prepare daily deposits and complete financial reporting as required.
  • Enter and process invoices, purchase orders, accounts payable, billing information, and other financial data.
  • Review and resolve invoice, credit, billing, and inventory discrepancies to maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor paperwork and document flow to ensure all documents are complete, legible, properly filed, and distributed to the appropriate individuals.
  • Maintain organized files and systems to support store management and reporting functions.
  • Communicate any issues, discrepancies, or missing information to the Store Manager and the Corporate Office.
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy across systems through regular fact-checking and attention to detail.
  • Assist with accounts receivable, inventory, credits, invoicing, and other administrative functions.
  • Answer phones and assist customers or team members as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to two Shawnee-area locations and assist management with other duties as assigned.

  • 2-4 years’ previous office experience required.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as invoices and statements.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to solve practical problems with common sense and develop new and better methods for job excellence.
  • Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Computer use and knowledge of Excel required.

Salary Description
$18-$22
