Description

We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager with 10+ years of HR experience supporting leaders at all levels and across multiple US states. The Senior Human Resources Manager will report to the SVP, HR. Prior HR experience in large- to medium-sized organizations, including the healthcare industry, is preferred.


Up to 10% travel required when business needs necessitate it.

Requirements

 Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a subject matter expert to clinic leaders on core disciplines of HR, including retention, leaves, accommodations, performance management, exits, employee relations, in support of business needs
  • Directly manages and provides leadership, coaching, and direction to Human Resources team members
  • Navigates HR matters with exceptional attention to detail and excellence in analyzing issues, researching viable solutions, and driving effective solution implementation
  • Applies sound judgment and methodical problem-solving skills to simple and complex people matters by identifying, evaluating, and leveraging relevant information to develop appropriate business guidance
  • Demonstrates outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including excellent grammar, clarity, professionalism, and attention to detail in all communications and documentation
  • When employee relations issues arise, leads investigations, documents accurate and thorough information, and successfully partners with stakeholders to drive appropriate resolutions; must demonstrate deductive and inductive reasoning when evaluating and debriefing on these matters
  • Presents assignments and projects timely and accurately, displaying strong business acumen, HR knowledge, and communication skills
  • Collaborates with the SVP, Human Resources on multiple matters, as appropriate
  • Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred
  • 10+ years of Human Resources experience supporting leaders at all levels and across multiple US states
  • Direct management experience overseeing Human Resources Business Partners, Employee Relations Specialists, or similar HR professionals
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve simple to complex employee and organizational matters through thoughtful, methodical analysis and sound business judgment
  • Outstanding grammatical writing skills and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
