About the Role 

We’re looking for an ambitious, hands-on Mobile Development Manager to lead our mobile and frontend engineering team and shape the future of our iOS and Android products. 

This is an opportunity to combine technical leadership, people development, and product impact. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to turn ambitious ideas into fast, reliable, beautifully crafted mobile experiences. 

What You Will Do 

• Lead, mentor, and grow a talented team of mobile and frontend engineers. 
• Set the technical direction and development strategy for our mobile platforms. 
• Drive the delivery of high-quality iOS and Android applications from concept through release. 
• Partner with Product and Design to translate customer needs into exceptional mobile experiences. 
• Establish engineering best practices around architecture, testing, performance, security, and release management. 
• Coach engineers through career development, technical challenges, and leadership opportunities. 
• Balance hands-on technical involvement with effective team and project leadership. 
• Champion a culture of ownership, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. 

What You Bring 

• Proven experience leading and/or managing mobile engineering teams. 
• Strong experience developing production-quality mobile applications. 
• Experience with iOS, Android, or cross-platform technologies such as Swift and Kotlin. React and React Native experience would be a plus, but is not required. 
• A solid understanding of mobile architecture, APIs, CI/CD, testing, and app performance. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. 
• A passion for building great products and developing great engineers.
• The ability to think strategically while still diving into technical details when needed.
