eLearning Brothers is actively looking for Account Managers to join our growing sales team! We are looking for individuals who excel at building long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing an assigned portfolio of current customers, developing new business from current customers, and actively seeking new sales opportunities. The on-target earnings range for this role is between $80k-$100k.

 

Account Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers
  • Help on-board new customers and provide customer service to assigned customer accounts
  • Generate sales among customer accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Assist with challenging customer requests or issue escalations as needed



Requirements

Account Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience in account management, sales, or customer success
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience working with CRMs in a sales environment, preferably HubSpot
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
