*Responsible for planning and implementing daily classroom lesson plans by ensuring the safety of the children in accordance with Sparkles! policies and procedures and all relevant regulations.*

* Implements developmentally appropriate early childcare and preschool programs for young children.*

* Prepares weekly lesson plans to include age and stage appropriate activities that meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of the children that are culturally and linguistically diverse that support the curriculum.*

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two years related experience and/or training in a childcare setting is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
