Oversee and Manage operations in assigned territory.

Maintain a high level of customer retention.
Oversee and complete placement of marketing materials in all facilities and online web badges.
Oversee and Complete treatments for customers.
Train and Complete on work order new customer entry and billing.
Execute work order completion and compliance.
Manage product deliveries to customers.
Responsible for managing and protecting company assets and equipment.
Ensure all work is completed effectively and efficiently on a monthly basis.
Deliver high level of resolution for customer issues including emergency service.
Submission of Incident Report forms in a timely manner.
Experience, Educational and Training Preferences:
1 year of Account Manager or equivalent experience in related field
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience with mobile devices (IPHONE, IPAD, PC, Cloud Based Systems)
Strong communication and customer service skills a must
Ability to read, write and speak English
Field work required.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds individually and team lift 100 pounds
Be able to work in an environment that is exposed to potential heat, rain, and cold
Be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Be able to satisfactorily pass a background screen and drug screen
Be willing to meet the physical requirements above and work overtime as needed, sometimes with minimum notice (including some weekends and holidays) to cover responsibilities based on the needs of the business
