The Guest Services Coordinator must be able to control and manage the day-to-day running of a specific area, ensuring that the preparation and presentation of the area meets our high standards. The coordinator will oversee operations, guest services staff, etc. as assigned by the guest services manager or assistant managers. Their role is to create the best experience possible for our guests, regardless of the position they fill. This position is also accountable for displaying our Core Values of SERVE when interfacing with both internal and external customers to ensure that the message and mission of Answers in Genesis is portrayed in an effective and God-honoring fashion.
