Applicants must be dynamic, sociable, and enthusiastic team players; while possessing a positive “can-do” attitude, excellent judgement, and communication skills. The admin assistance will work with the Real Estate Closers to process and disburse files to include, preparing various types of closing statements, sending out and scanning loan documents, payoffs, deeds, finalizing e-returns, 1099 maintenance, file tracking and balancing. To be successful in this role, applicants will need to possess a high attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and work under pressure, superior phone and customer service skills, along with advanced computer skills on Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Previous title or real estate experience is a plus, but not required.
