The Onboarding Specialist manages and coordinates large and/or complex projects through all phases of onboarding and implementation. Operates with significant independence and minimal supervision as the principal project representative. Will meet regularly with the Operations Manager. 


*This is a work from home remote opportunity, but must be located in Connecticut. 

Requirements


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Primary contact for all new provider contracting. Maintain all contracting forms/coordinate contracting from creation through execution.  

• Coordinate internal and external webinars/onsite demos/meetings with the Operations Manager or with Area Clinical Manager (ACM)

• Coordinate ongoing support once a practice is officially “onboarded”

• Coordinate with ACM  to address any practice concerns or issues

• Set up usernames and passwords, and assist with any questions in regards to this. Also verify username/password requests that come into the IT support email.

• Maintain  weekly spreadsheets/reports and share with field team, Operations Manager and ACM

• Complete monthly billing spreadsheets for the Operations Manager and billing department

• Compile weekly Jump Start logs and upload to ShareFile

• Maintain contract/SSU files in Salesforce

• Coordinate Jump Start practices with Clinical Team Lead

• Serve as backup for other Provider Onboarding Specialist when needed

• Take part in and track meeting mins for weekly Field Team meetings 

• Maintain detailed contact lists

• Any other duties requested by the Operations Manager, COO, ACM, Clinical Team Lead or Jump Start field team as needed



MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)


• 1 – 3 years’ experience working in a customer service role 

• Outstanding customer service skills

• Positive attitude

• Strong Microsoft Office skills

• Demonstrated timely, consistent job attendance history

• Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills

• Demonstrated timely, consistent job attendance history

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and decision making skills

• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly demanding environment
