A Project Engineer is responsible for managing and producing projects within specifications, on time, and within budgets. Duties include pre-construction activities to job completion and close out on assigned projects working in collaboration with owners, architects, and engineers.

An Estimator Support will aid in estimating jobs and will provide support for the sales team with ongoing and upcoming projects as assigned by the management team.

  • Participates in weekly production meeting      
  • Completes pre-construction documentation, i.e., submittals, warranties, shop drawings, and permitting
  • Coordinates with accounting, purchase orders, subcontracts, and buyout material for sold projects in a timely manner
  • Manages and schedules material deliveries and follow ups for ongoing projects
  • Manages and tracks, RFI’s, RFP’s, ASI’s DFA’s and changes orders for projects in progress
  • Coordinates pre-construction meetings to communicate project information
  • Conduct project site visits
  • Attended the post-job meeting to review final job results
  • Monitor projects in progress to maintain project budgets and timelines


  • Prepares pre-bid documents
  • Gathers material and manufacturer quotes for projects 
  • Assists with take offs and blueprint management 
  • Attends pre-bid and preconstruction meetings for field take off and site verification
  • Maintains vendor relations for the purpose of retaining best pricing status
  • Develops new customers and maintains customer relations
  • Delivers bid documents and attends bid openings

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to pass pre-hire physical and pre-hire drug screen
  • Must have basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software
  • Valid Driver’s License with no restriction
  • Experience in customer service
  • 3 years construction industry experience (preferred)
  • Knowledge of multiple roofing systems (preferred)
