This professional will manage a diverse grants portfolio, serving as a liaison between not-for-profits, the community, and CICF’s respective boards, advising on grantmaking processes and community issues and providing guidance to organizations applying for grants. This person will also work closely with donor engagement officers to provide support and produce co-investment opportunities for fundholders.
This full-time position requires strong knowledge of the not-for-profit community and customer service skills. Excellent organizational, analytical and evaluation skills as well as outstanding project management skills are also required.

Minimum of three years experience in the not-for-profit or public sector is required. Experience in grantmaking, project management, and task group management and knowledge of the Marion County not-for-profit landscape is preferred.
