Description
Essential Duties and Functions/Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Welcome all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival to the property.
- Provide courteous and efficient assistance to guests entering and exiting vehicles.
- Offer knowledgeable and personalized recommendations regarding property amenities, city attractions, events and dining outlets.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of ADA parking guidelines, as well as all safety and security procedures.
- Provide limited front desk assistance as needed by supporting the Lead Guest Host and Front Desk Agents with guest flow, basic administrative support and service coordination (this role does not perform full guest check-ins or check-outs).
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with internal departments as needed to ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience.

Requirements
- Minimum age is 21- Preferably with 3 years driving experience
- Driver's 21 & Older - No major violations
- 6 months to 1 year or equivalent combination of education and experience; hospitality experience ideal.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience/training.
- Current driver's license and insurable driving record.
- Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more.
- Must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 50+ pounds frequently.
- Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask.
Salary Description
$14.60-$16 Hourly
