As the Manager of Sales Operations for BCS's growing community solar servicing business, you will be part of professionals working to onboard and train Sales Partners, engage and facilitate Sales Partner success, qualify and close deals, and manage Sales Partner commissions. As we prepare for an ambitious expansion of our product offering, your mission will be to drive scalable growth while delivering a superior sales experience for Partners and Customers
Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
•Qualify, onboard, and train new Sales Partners
•Track project capacity needs, manage waitlists and facilitate Sales Partner deal flow
•Triage and manage Sales Partner requests to facilitate deal flow and to drive Partner satisfaction
•Perform quality control, approve, and countersign deals to ensure adherence to quality control criteria
•Calculate and manage Sales Partner commissions
•Plan and execute new market and product launches with Sales Partners
•Develop efficient, accurate, scalable processes; identify and implement opportunities for improvement
•Partner with Product Management and Engineering teams to design, prioritize and deliver new systems, features, and other improvements.
•Collaborate closely across the organization to continually improve services, resolve issues, and meet company goals
•Develop and deliver timely reporting on metrics, forecasts, and progress toward goals
