Responsibilities & Qualifications:
The Director of Human Resources, Talent & Culture leads various initiatives to attract and develop top talent at Better Business Bureau Serving MN & ND. This position plays a primary role to advocate for positive company culture and to foster an environment where people can do their best work.
This role reports to the CEO/President and works closely with fellow managers to help all BBB employees to continually develop in their jobs and to sustain an organization that is productive, supportive, diverse, and equitable as measured in various ways.
