  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required. This is an entry level position.

General:

  • Follow up on commitments and assignments in a timely manner.

Job Specific:

  • Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
  • Open and close cash registers, performing tasks such as counting money, separating charge slips, coupons, and vouchers, balancing cash drawers.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
  • Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment.
  • Maintain records related to sales.
  • Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
  • Answer questions regarding the location and its facilities, games and merchandise.
  • Ticket, arrange and display merchandise to promote sales.
  • Demonstrate use or operation of games or merchandise.
  • Resolve and complaints arising from guests in a professional manner.
  • Clean games, shelves, floor, counters, and tables.
  • Exchange merchandise for customers and accept returns.
  • Inventory stock.
  • Load games with tickets and instant win merchandise.
  • Clear token and ticket jams.
  • Assist with minor game repairs as needed and ability dictate.
  • Assist in moving games.
  • Take out the trash.
  • Any other legal duties as required by the General Manager.
