A veteran owned business since 2002, Alpha Warranty Services is a multi-award-winning, nationally recognized Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) provider. As Alpha Warranty’s Customer Service Representative – Claims Specialist, you’re the advocate for our customers during the vehicle repair claim process. You work with them by phone, email, and chat messaging to ensure an understanding of their service contract coverage benefits and claim status, while accurately typing notes of the call in our system. With every interaction we work to empower our customers with information.
Some calls may require your skillful abilities to deescalate strong emotions. We love being able to say, “yes, we’ll cover the repair”, and do it daily, but know this isn’t the case with every claim. Your professionalism, knowledge, patience, and personal resilience are critical during these customer conversations; no one likes dealing with unexpected or expensive car repairs. How would you feel if it were your car…?!
You don’t need an understanding of how cars work, but it helps to have an appreciation and willingness to learn more. Our Claims department, full of ASE certified mechanics, works directly with the repair facility to review and decide the customer’s claim.

Alpha Warranty Services has onsite, full-time opportunities in our Customer Service department located in South Jordan, Utah. The pay starts at $15-$16 per hour, with the potential to earn up to an additional $2.30 per hour in monthly performance bonus. We stand by our value of Work Life Balance with Monday – Friday shifts during our operating hours of 7am – 6 pm. No weekends or bidding for shifts!
