eLearning Brothers is actively looking for Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our growing sales team! As a BDR, you will be responsible for seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers via free trial leads and cold prospecting strategies. 


BDR Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects
  • Determine the prospect's interest in our eLearning products and services
  • Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives and prospects
Requirements

  

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
  • Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
  • Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures
  • Interest in eLearning technology and/or SaaS products
  • At least one year of professional experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a BDR or similar sales role
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or SalesForce CRMs
  • Proven experience reaching or exceeding monthly activity goals/quotas
