This part-time position is for a qualified maintenance worker/handyman with excellent painting skills. We are looking for someone who has both experience and skills for general building maintenance and light janitorial duties. 

The position is available now and reports to the Director of Building and Grounds.

The salary will be based on skills and experience.

The specific duties will be determined by the supervisor and may vary from day-to-day.
