You have five years in corporate recruiting ranging from entry level positions all the way to executive talent. Maybe you also have bachelor’s degree in Business and experience with an HRIS software program or ATS system such as Paylocity and this helps set you apart. But what makes you stand out is your specific experience and the successes you’ve achieved helping to build a top-notch teams through active recruiting, candidate sourcing, implementing a best in class on-boarding program, and ability to make meaningful connections between the needs of the role and the best person on the planet to fill it.
About the role:
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for coordinating the organization’s talent acquisition strategy to attract, manage, develop, and retain the employees it needs to achieve its current and future objectives. Talent acquisition strategy includes identifying and targeting active and passive candidates that could meet the organization's current and future talent needs. Developing a candidate pipeline and maintaining relationships through online or in-person networking. Actively encourages candidate interest in the position to be filled by promoting the organization as an employer of choice. Refers candidates to hiring managers and guides candidates through the recruiting and on-boarding process.
In addition to the overall recruitment strategy, the Senior Recruiter will post, source, hire and successfully onboard qualified candidates for Black Diamond Equipment. You will develop and meet specific metrics such as time to hire, quality of hire, sourcing efficiency and candidate experience. You will own sourcing efforts that yield desired metrics, identify, propose, create, and implement the overall recruiting strategy based on industry best-practices, foster excellent relationships with hiring managers to truly understand their ideal candidate, and continually improve our process through identifying trends, being ahead of the competition, measuring for success, and ensuring the best possible experience for Black Diamond and our candidates at every stage of the recruiting process.
