Sales Development Reps are responsible for managing incoming leads and creating new opportunities by prospecting in support of the Sales Executive. Key skills would be qualification of incoming leads and opportunities, asking questions in the discovery process to uncover key information to be used in the ongoing sales process, and fostering relationships for long-term sales processes. The role would require someone to work closely with the Sales Executive(s), help manage their schedule, and ongoing prospecting to fill their sales pipeline. This role requires a hunter mentality, someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, handle stress easily, and is willing to work hard for the success of the team. Knowledge of the brewing and distilling industries is a plus.
