As a Receptionist you will work in a world class dealership providing administrative support to our Dealerships managers and associates as needed. This is a challenging and multi-faceted position working in an automotive dealership assisting with a variety of administrative tasks. We are looking for a person who has administrative experience. Someone who is also detail-oriented, has a strong work ethic, is well organized, has advanced computer skills, PowerPoint, excel, word and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will be creative, entrepreneurial, demonstrate a willingness to learn, and can see the opportunity to take on responsibility and excel.
Duties include but are not limited to: Answering phones, documenting messages, etc Greeting customers entering showroom Filing, Faxing, general clerical duties Provide superior customer service Assisting sales/finance staff Other assigned duties which may include filing and computer work.
