Position: Night Shift Junior Fabricator

This position reports to a team lead and involves fabrication with hand tools and machines including, but not limited to:

• Accurately measure, cut and move materials into place for assembly.
• Fasten seams or joints together with screws, rivets, caulks, metal drive clips or bonds to assemble components into products or to repair sheet metal items.
• Setup and operate fabricating machines to cut, bend, straighten and shape components to form specified dimensions as outlined on customers’ orders.

 Skill Requirements:

• Requires good problem-solving skills and extraordinary attention to detail.
• Ability to identify problems and escalate as required.
• Ability to analyze the information  provided on blueprints or other explanatory documents to make sure the final product matches the draft.
• Use various power tools, hand tools, overhead crane and table saws.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety requirements.

Company Requirements:

• Ability to move/ lift up to 50 pounds.   
• Must be 18 years or older. 
• The associate will also be expected to work overtime and Saturdays when needed. 
• Prior to being hired, the candidate will be subject to a background check and drug test.
