Essential Functions

  1. Protect lives and prevent injuries and drowning incidents.
  2. Provide top-notch customer service and member experience.
  3. Maintain cleanliness and a professional and safe environment on the pool deck.

Requirements

Qualifications

  1. Proficiency in swimming techniques and safety skills.
  2. Current lifeguard and CPR certification.
  3. Patience, tact, and clear communication skills with all ages.
  4. Skills in both leadership and customer service.
