General Job Description:
As a Product Sales Executive, you will create the sales strategy for enterprise customers and develop the market for new features and services released on the MyCarrier digital shipping platform. The Product Sales Executive will show the value of our platform to existing and potential customers through product demonstrations and professional sales pitches conducted via phone, virtual, and in-person meetings. This position is responsible for negotiating with the customer’s leadership teams regarding price of the feature/service as well as the scope of work for any integrations with the MyCarrier platform and the customer’s existing internal systems. This role will work with the Solutions Implementation Engineer to ensure that all the customer’s needs have been identified and considered in the implementation plan, thus ensuring customer satisfaction.

Provide support, guidance and coaching to the internal product sales team to ensure alignment with implemented strategies

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position which will typically involve 40+ hours a week.
