This position focuses on attracting and retaining customers and carriers; managing those relationships to maximize success for the customer, carrier, and Eve International; and negotiating rates based on market conditions. Requirements include at least one-year of experience as a broker/transportation solutions provider (or similar) with an established customer base and a focus on service; effective, accessible communication style; the ability to successfully multi-task while managing relationships with customers; creative, innovative, tech-savvy problem-solving skills; and a competitive, team-based approach.
