• Alert servers when guests are in need of attention.
• Clean tables and remove dishes after the party leaves.
• Carry soiled dishes to the dish area.
• Ensure availability of clean dishes, flatware, glasses, napkins, and other dining materials.
• Washing dishes.
• Sweeping and mopping floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled.
• Taking out the trash.
• Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 50 pounds
