LightWerks Communication Systems is seeking a top-performing audiovisual system sales executive - a "franchise-player" - with a loyal customer following who is just not happy where they are currently employed for some reason (e.g. recent ownership or management turnover, bad quality work, poor treatment, unfair commission calculations, etc.). There is no real need to describe the job here, because you already know what it is. You have been doing this for years with excellent success, but for whatever reason you don't feel like your current employer is your "home" anymore. Of course we would need you to be an excellent fit with our culture (we don't like "jerks" even if they can generate strong numbers), but we're looking for somebody who is capable of generating several million dollars of business per year, or more, at healthy margins. It would be great if you are already good at selling services with a recurring revenue stream as we build out that part of our business, but that is not an absolute requirement.
