Based in the Greater Chicago or Dallas area, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a Hybrid sales team while developing and executing on the aggressive customer acquisition strategy for Virtucom’s accounts across the Midwest and South West United States. The ideal candidate comes with direct industry experience as well as proven success building trusted relationships across all levels, both internally and externally, within the K-12 school districts. Under your leadership, you will motivate a team through innovative coaching and development; inspire creative thinking and problem solving. Our go to market methodology is to pursue long term engagements, locally supporting our clients, within assigned territories, in a strategic way. We use NetSuite and G-Suite to keep track of all relevant information and strategic steps we conduct in order to provide customized technological solutions.

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated successful technology sales is required
  • 1+ years of demonstrated success as a Sales leader managing a high-performance team
  • Experience selling services in technology
  • Passion to educate and sell
  • Hunter mentality
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated team building, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements
  • Excellent presentation skills; Deal Management and Negotiation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
