Nexa Receptionists, LLC is a call center that serves as a partner to multiple different small to medium-sized businesses. Our virtual receptionists answer for our clients and ensure we are giving the best customer service possible.
As a Customer Service Representative at our call center, you will play a key role in supporting the customers of our clients. A customer service specialist is responsible for managing calls ranging from appointment setting, customer service, call screening, call transfer, and much more. Our Customer Service Representatives also utilize chat, email, and more.
This is remote but you must live locally in Phoenix or the surrounding area.
